Yes! We provide customer care Tuesday-Saturday and you may text or call us at (720) 316-9835. We’re a tiny team, so we may need to a moment to respond if unable to answer immediately, but we typically connect within 1 business day! Text messages are answered most quickly!

So glad you asked! Fern & Lois predates our Celebrations and Home & Garden departments located on South Gaylord St. and East Kentucky Ave. in Washington Park. With robust retail offerings at Trunk Show and New Americana Home, we’ve returned our focus to flowers while making sure that the gifts you loved to shop at Fern & Lois are still available nearby - and then some!
This allows us to restyle and expand your access to flowers through delivery, readymade and made-to-order offerings, small event production, and occasion kits much more effectively than before.

We host monthly themed pop-up events in our studio at 2378 S Downing. Please keep an eye on our calendar HERE for updates!

Our delivery days are Tues-Sat, typically between Noon-4pm. It will be necessary for us to confirm an ideal delivery time with your recipient to ensure quality upon arrival. If it happens that your recipient needs accommodation outside of our usual hours, we will coordinate!

We also offer Readymade arrangements for pick-up at our Culinary and Celebrations departments on Historic South Gaylord Street in Washington Park.
Devil’s Food Bakery features $18-25 Le Parfait jar arrangements and Trunk Show has a wider selection of seasonal wrap bouquets and vase arrangements from $15-$75.
Coolers are stocked daily and each arrangement is uniquely designed. Everything is first-come, first-served!

To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful:
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Change water every 2 days. Some flowers tend to be heavy drinkers; make sure the H2O level remains 3/4 full.
Pull flowers that have expired from the arrangement so others can continue to thrive! All flowers have varying vase lives.
Our goal is for you to enjoy the flowers as an experience. Certain buds that were closed on arrival will bloom long after others have opened and flourished. Likewise, some botanicals and greenery will continue to live on and dry beautifully as the rest of the arrangement has come and gone.
As flowers are known to be temperamental, we take extreme care to provide a design full of flowers and botanicals that will each have their moment to shine.
If an issue arises with your arrangement, please reach out HERE within 2 calendar days of receiving your flowers. Send photos documenting your concern and we will work together to find a solution.
